St. Andrews Church Clearance. (Recent Projects)
West Pennine Antiques undertook the huge task of clearing St. Andrews Church in Liverpool to make way for new (more comfortable) furnishings.
Among those items cleared was an important 10' tall candle stand in carved alabaster designed by Mr Philip Thicknesse and carved by Frank Norbury. Due to go under the hammer at Bonhams, Bond Street, London this year.
Other interesting items included a large carved marble pulpit, carved oak choir fronts, pews etc.
